Caring for Personal Collections: Cleaning Artifacts with the Frazier History Museum

Are you a collector? Do you have family treasures that have been passed down through generations? Join us to learn how to properly care for these materials to keep them around for many more years to come. The Caring for Personal Collections Program Series will explore common topics in collections care to help individuals prepare for at home preservation projects. The seventh program in the series on July 22 will focus on safely cleaning artifacts with Tish Boyer, registrar and manager of collections engagement at the Frazier History Museum.

When given the tools and guidance to preserve records, we as a community can do history together and save these materials for the future.
