Friends of the Library host "Addiction in Danville"

On Monday, March 13th at 6:00 p.m., the Friends of the Library will host Kathy Miles who will present "Addiction in Danville: Challenges, Opportunities, and Hope for the Future."

Kathy serves as the Coordinator of Boyle County Agency for Substance Abuse Policy (ASAP), the coordinating organization for addressing alcohol, tobacco, and drug misuse problems in Boyle County. She retired in 2015 as Director of Counseling Services at Centre College, after more than 40 years of experience in mental health, child welfare, and substance abuse counseling and administration. Kathy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. 

This event will be held in the Community Room at the Library. All are invited to attend.
