| Georgia DeAraujo is the Assistant Director and has worked at the Boyle County Public Library since 1986. | ||||||
| Georgia received a Master's Degree in Library Science from UK, and her first job here was to convert thousands of typed catalog cards to computerized records. | ||||||
| She was raised in northern Ohio and came to Danville to attend Centre College (Class of '81 degree in History). She and her husband Mark have two daughters, Megan & Caitlin.You are likely to see her riding a recumbent bicycle around the area. | ||||||
| Regarding libraries, Franklin Roosevelt said it best "...libraries are the great tools of scholarship, the great repositories of culture, and the great symbols of the freedom of the mind." | ||||||
