Learn to Play Ukulele at the Library this Summer

June 8, 2018
By BCPL

This year, music is a major theme for the Summer Reading Program. To celebrate this, we'll be offering free ukulele lessons on Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m. beginning on June 11th.

Brittany Smith, our musically inclined Outreach Librarian, will teach the basics of playing ukulele. Participants can either bring their own instrument or use one of the Library's, while supplies last. Registration is required for those needing to borrow a ukulele for the class. Call the Library or email bsmith@boylepublib.org to sign up.

Lessons are for ages 13 and up.
